WESTBROOK - Susan S. Harvey, of Westbrook, died unexpectedly on Dec. 27, 2009, at the age of 63. She was born Feb. 13, 1946, to the late Donald and Norma (Fulton) Simpson.
Susan graduated from Westbrook High School. She lived in Washington, D.C. before returning to Maine, where she worked for 30 years as the devoted office manager at Wakelin Hallock & O'Donovan. Survivors include Roger, her loving husband and soul mate of 44 years; sons Peter of Lake Alfred, Fla. (wife Susan), and Robert of Westbrook (wife Anne); and in-laws Velma, Roger and Tina Harvey of Westbrook. Siblings include Sandra Record of Wilton (husband Burgess), Sally Plourde of Westbrook (husband Stephen), Sheryl Simpson of Limington, Donald Simpson of Knoxville, Tenn. (wife Jan), and Jeff Simpson of Jensen Beach, Fla. Susan had five grandchildren, Chelsea, Tyler, Isabelle, Jack and Maxwell; and many adoring nieces and nephews.
