PORTLAND - Gloria (Gagne) Smith age 81 of Alder St. Portland died December 25, 2009 surrounded by her loving family at Maine Medical Center.  She was born in Lewiston, Maine on May 18, 1928 the daughter of Napoleon and Dorothy LeClaire Gagne.  She married Ashley L. Smith on December 5, 1947. 
 She is survived by four sons Robert, Doug, Tom, and Edward, five daughters Jeannie, Judy, Diane, Cathy, and Mary, two sisters, Gertrude and Muriel plus several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
